The Anfiqu team reviews requests based on the information provided, the circumstances of the applicant, and the funds available at the time.

The team considers each case carefully and makes a collective decision. In some situations, a request may be placed on hold until sufficient funds become available.

Any updates or explanations regarding your request will be recorded in the "Notes" section of your account.

Zakat applications are reviewed more strictly because Zakat must be distributed according to Islamic principles and the eligible categories defined in Islamic teachings.

In cases where eligibility for Zakat is unclear, assistance may sometimes be provided from Sadaqah funds instead, if sufficient funds are available.

Anonymity is maintained when distributing Sadaqah. For Zakat, both the donor and recipient are informed of the distribution, but personal identification details are never made public.

This approach follows Islamic principles while respecting the dignity and privacy of everyone involved.
