5. How do I deposit money into my account?

There three ways to deposit money into your account:

  • In person

    • When you hand over the cash in an envelop to the Anfiqu representative in the mosque or agreed place, please do not forget to take the receipt. Once the money is delivered to Anfiqu it is deposited to your account.

It is essential to write your account ID on your deposit envelope.

  • Through an account holder

    • An account holder with enough cash can transfer money from their account to your account by accepting cash of the same amount. Please make sure you have received confirmation of the transfer from Anfiqu before you leave. Anfiqu cannot take responsibility for any miscommunication, errors or misconduct made between you and the account holder. Please make sure the account holder is someone you know personally and trust.

  • By post

    • Royal Mail allows cash to be posted. For up to £250 royal mail charges £6.50 certified special delivery. Post the cash to the address listed under "Contact Us". Please remember to keep the tracking detail safe. Once the money is received by Anfiqu it will be deposited into your account and tracking reference number will be used as a reference of your deposit.

It is essential to write your account ID on your deposit envelope.
