6. How do I withdraw money from my account?

There two ways to withdraw money from your account:

  • Through account holder
    • An account holder with enough cash can accept your transfer of money to their account and give you cash by hand. Anfiqu cannot take responsibility for any miscommunication, errors or misconduct made between you and the account holder. Please make sure the account holder is someone you know personally and trust.
  • By post
    • Once the online withdrawal request is received by Anfiqu it will either be delivered by us or posted to your home address through Royal Mail tracked delivery. Withdrawals can only be delivered to your home address. The "Notes" section under your request will be updated once it is processed. Please make sure we have your correct address before you make any withdrawal requests.
