12. What happens if I cannot pay Qard (Loan) instalments?

If you are struggling and in need, please contact us and we may be able to help and negotiate. Please note we rely on timely repayments to be able to offer help to others.

As a last resort, unpaid Qard (Loan) repayments can escalate into a legal matter. In this case, we have no choice but to disclose the identity of the account holder to the relevant legal authorities.
