1. How do I request Sadaqah / Zakat / Qard (Loan)?

You need to open an account before you can make any requests.

Once your account has been activated, log in and click the request button. From the drop down list, choose the appropriate request.

After filling in the required amount and the supporting information click OK to proceed. An authorisation code will be sent to your phone within a few minutes, insha'Allah. Enter the code to authorise the request. A copy of the request will be emailed to you.

The request will appear in the pending section of your account. You can check the progress of your request by clicking the notes. Every time the notes are updated an automatic email is also sent to you with the progress updates.

Processing times for each request can vary and can take up to 6 weeks in case of Qard (Loan). So please be patient.

*** Please do not make multiple requests (i.e. at the same time Zakat, Sadaqah or Qard) and repeated requests (i.e. too soon after the first similar request).

In case of the Qard (Loan) a guarantor may required. Gurarantor ideally should not be your referee. Guarantor is someone who agrees to pay your dues if you are unable to pay it, for example a parent or close relative. "Guarantor" is required to sign personal guarantee in the presence of the witnesses with his / her ID documents. The guarantee is leaglly binding.

The system is designed on a first come, first serve basis. Occasionally someone else's needs may precede yours in the assessments made by Anfiqu Team. Please also note their decision is final, as they themselves are the donors.

We reserve the right to cancel the application or account at anytime. If a criminal activity is detected at anytime, your application or account is cancelled. Any monies due in future become payable immediately. Frauds in charity may be shared ore reported to the relevent authorities.
